We datamined the Vicious War Fox during the 7.3 PTR but it was not added to live servers with the 7.3 Patch. The Vicious War Fox is available on the vendors on the Patch 7.3.5 PTR, which means that you'll be able to get this mount soon!

There are two mounts, one for each faction: Vicious War Fox (Alliance) and Vicious War Fox (Horde). These are available on the standard Vicious Saddle vendors, Necrolord Sipe in Stormwind or Deathguard Netharian in Orgrimmar, on the 7.3.5 PTR. To receive a Vicious Saddle, win 100 arenas or 40 RBGs in one PvP season. This season's achievement is Dominant Combatant (Alliance) or Dominant Combatant (Horde) which you can work on right now to get the Vicious War Fox when it releases.
